Simple dryer system using open cell sponge

 

A simple, but effective way of removing excess water from potatoes after the washing process.

 

A series of sponge covered rollers remove excess water to reduce the risk of bacterial growth and diseases. The drive roller bed can be lowered on both side to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.

 

They are also ideal for eliminating moisture damage to paper bags used in the packaging process

 

This unit can be manufactured as a retro fit unit to be incorporated into your existing line or as part of a comprehensive line.
