We don’t believe in selling machinery without after sales support. This part of our business is very important to us. Whether you require phone support, training, onsite servicing or a complete overhaul, our service team are equipped to help you when you most need it. Our service vehicles are fitted with the latest welding technology for onsite repairs and carry a range of wearing parts on board. We hold a vast range of stock at our factory in Norfolk available for same day despatch, collection or we can send an engineer to fit the parts.

Niagri have over 20 years experience with Dewulf and Miedema machines. With this experience we are able to offer a complete service to all our customers from the initial modifications, through to routine maintenance and servicing. We are well known for our fast service response and hold a vast range of stock at our base in Norfolk.

Our range of machinery includes machines for lifting, grading, washing, polishing and handling potatoes, carrots, parsnips, swede and onions. Machines for the recycling industry include sorters, separators, in-feed and out-feed solutions. We specialise in custom built machines and offer a complete service from initial concept through to commissioning.
CAD Design Service
Using the latest CAD software we are able to design, manufacture, commission and service all types of machinery which ensures you are looked after every step of the way. Solidworks enables our customers to visualise their machine before production, enabling them to make changes if necessary.
